Spanish Brandy

Spanish brandy, or Brandy de Jerez, is made primarily in the sherry-producing region of Jerez, in southern Spain. While it’s made from distilled wine—like all brandy—what sets it apart is the Solera system of aging and the influence of sherry casks.

This method gives Spanish brandy a distinct richness and smoothness, layered with the warmth of dried fruits, nuts, and subtle spices.
